Return Policy

Customer Return Policy:

The following guidelines have been established for refunds/exchanges:

1. No cash refund without original sales receipt.
2. No cash refund or exchange on merchandise that has been mistreated or soiled.
3. No cash refund or exchange for undergarments, bras, panties and swimsuits.
4. Customers will be allowed to return sleepwear and unopened packages of underwear and panties.
5. No cash refund on opened video product, books and music items. An exchange may be offered on video product, books and music items for the exact title.
6. No refunds on pre-paid phone/gift card items with the exception of system generated refunds for declined activations.
7. No cash refunds for items purchased with EBT Food Stamp/SNAP purchases.
8. Cash refunds will be given on EBT Cash Benefit purchases.

NOTE: Select merchandise is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
