Opt-Out from E-Mail:
You can opt-out of receiving promotional email from us by doing the following:
- If you have received an email from us, you can opt-out from further emails by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link provided in the email that you received; or
- Contact Customer Care, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) if you do not want to receive promotional e-mails from us in the future. If you have already received communications from us, it will expedite the opt-out process if you are prepared to provide us with the exact name and email address(es) under which you have been receiving communications from us.
Opt-Out from Text Messaging:
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To stop receiving our text messages, text “STOP” to 39220. Once you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed

If you make a deletion request, all your information including all information associated with your My Roses Rewards account will be deleted. We cannot reinstate your account if you change your mind.

To the extent we sell your personal information, you may opt out of the sale of your information (which includes the exchange of your personal data for valuable consideration), or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
- Sensitive personal information. To the extent we collect and process “sensitive personal information,” we obtain opt-in consent as required by applicable law.
